Estate Planning
A holistic view that makes sure your wills, trusts, LPAs and wider arrangements work together rather than against each other.
Call 01793 228068Estate planning brings all the elements of your personal arrangements together into one clear, co-ordinated strategy.
At BeAdvised Legacy Planning we take a holistic view — ensuring that your wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and wider arrangements work together seamlessly to reflect your wishes and protect your legacy.
Our approach is thoughtful and structured, helping you safeguard your assets while ensuring that your intentions are clearly documented and understood.
It matters more than people expect, because the individual pieces are often arranged years apart and nobody stands back to look at the whole. A will drafted before a second marriage, a property still held as joint tenants when the intention was to protect a half share, a policy paid to the estate rather than written into trust, an attorney who has since died — each is minor on its own, and together they can undo the plan entirely.
We start by mapping what you actually have and what you want to happen: your family and relationships, your property, savings and any business interests, what is already in place, and where the gaps are. Then we tell you plainly what needs doing, what does not, and what it will cost.
Some of that work is ours and some of it is not. Where appropriate, we can work alongside other professional advisers to help ensure your plans are aligned and comprehensive. Where something falls outside estate planning, we will tell you so and point you to the right kind of professional rather than attempting it ourselves.
Putting plans in place is just the beginning. As your life changes, your wishes and circumstances may change too, and we are here to support you over time — helping you review and update your arrangements so they continue to reflect your intentions.
This integrated perspective is what sets us apart: clear, considered planning designed around you, your family, and the legacy you wish to leave behind.
