With a strong focus on organisation and clear communication, she ensures that each stage — from initial discussions through to completion — is handled efficiently and with attention to detail. Sam takes care to prepare thoroughly, helping clients feel informed and comfortable when making decisions about their wills, LPAs and wider arrangements.

Her background in education continues to shape her approach: explaining options clearly, avoiding unnecessary jargon, and making sure clients feel confident at every step.

Sam plays an active role in client engagement and communications, helping to ensure that the service remains approachable and easy to navigate.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys reading and keeping active, and at home she has two lively cats and three energetic children.

Dan works closely with individuals and families to help them think clearly about the future — what they want to protect, who they want to provide for, and how they want their wishes to be carried out.

His approach has always been built around long-term relationships and thoughtful, well-considered planning. For BeAdvised Legacy Planning, that focus translates into helping clients put the right foundations in place — ensuring their affairs are organised and their intentions clearly documented.

Dan takes pride in building trust and guiding people through important decisions in a way that feels calm, personal and easy to understand. Much of the work he is involved in centres around later-life planning and ensuring that arrangements are structured in a way that reflects each client’s individual circumstances and wishes.

Outside of work, Dan is a husband and father of three. Family life is a constant reminder of the importance of planning ahead. He enjoys skiing and taking part in triathlons when time allows.
